01How consent works here
This site uses two kinds of browser storage. Cookies are small files sent back to a server with each request. Local storage is data held in your browser that is never transmitted automatically. Both are listed below and labelled correctly, because calling everything a cookie makes a disclosure less accurate.
Necessary storage is active because the site cannot function without it. Analytics and advertising measurement are off until you turn them on. Nothing in those two categories loads before you consent, and withdrawing consent stops future collection and clears the identifiers we control.
02Necessary storage
These are always active. They carry no advertising identifier and are not used to profile you.

03Analytics storage
Loaded only after you allow analytics. These measure which pages help visitors and where journeys break. IP addresses are truncated by the provider and we do not use these tools to identify you.

Turning analytics off in the settings stops these from loading on subsequent page views and signals the providers to stop collecting.
04Advertising measurement
Loaded only after you allow marketing. These measure whether a visit that started from an ad led to an inquiry.

We use these for measurement. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as stated in the privacy notice.
05Third-party embeds
The booking flow runs on our scheduling provider. When you open it, that provider sets its own storage under its own policy to run the booking and remember your details across steps. Blog images and article content are served from our content platform, which does not set advertising storage. The providers involved are named on the subprocessors page.
06Changing your choice
Open the settings, change a category, and save. The change applies immediately and there is no penalty for saying no: every page, document and form on this site works with analytics and marketing switched off.
07Browser-level controls
You can also block or delete storage in your browser settings, and browsing in a private window discards it when the window closes. Blocking necessary storage will stop parts of the site from working as intended, including your saved consent choice, which means you will be asked again on each visit.
08Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
There is no common standard for how sites should respond to a Do Not Track header, so we do not act on it. We do honour a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser by treating it as a withdrawal of consent for analytics and marketing storage.
