Claudeforce
What Is Claudeforce?
Claudeforce lets your team ask Salesforce questions in plain language and get an answer back in seconds. Those answers come straight from your records, so what it reports is whatever your CRM already says.
Claudeforce In One Paragraph
Claudeforce is the expanded partnership between Salesforce and Anthropic, announced on August 26, 2026. Under it, Salesforce in Claude lets a sales team ask questions of Salesforce data in plain language inside Claude and get an answer back in seconds, carrying 37 prebuilt skills for meeting preparation, deal health, pipeline review, and account planning, under the access rules the CRM already grants. Claude also becomes a model inside Salesforce products, including Slack. Sales skills are available now, service, marketing, and commerce skills have been named for later in 2026, and Salesforce has published no standalone price. Answers come from the records themselves, so what the assistant reports is whatever the CRM already says.
CWT Studio implements it: we read the CRM as it stands, correct the definitions and the access, connect it, and check its answers against reporting the team already trusts.
The Short Answer
- What it is
- The expanded Salesforce and Anthropic partnership announced August 26, 2026. Your team can ask Salesforce questions in plain language inside Claude, and Salesforce gets Claude as the model inside its own products.
- What ships
- Salesforce in Claude, carrying 37 prebuilt sales skills for meeting preparation, deal health, pipeline review, and account planning. Your Salesforce gets connected once and the sales team works through it after that.
- When
- Salesforce in Claude is available for sales teams now. Service, marketing, and commerce skills have been announced for later in 2026. Salesforce has published no standalone price.
- What decides the answers you get
- Your own records. The assistant reads the deal, not the dashboard built on top of it, so what it reports back is whatever your team entered.
What Changes For Your Team
01
Anyone can ask for the number
Open pipeline, forecast, stalled deals, and reasons lost come back as a sentence in a chat window. Nobody waits for a report to be built or a spreadsheet to be rebuilt from exports.
02
A field two teams fill differently becomes a wrong answer out loud
A dashboard buries that disagreement inside a total nobody questions. An assistant reads it back with confidence, in front of your leadership.
03
Whoever can see too much can now ask for it in plain language
Access follows the permissions your CRM already grants. Access nobody has reviewed in years is access the assistant hands over on request.
04
Your reports stop being the only place answers come from
They keep working. What sits behind them has to be right at the source, because the assistant does its own counting from the record.
What Has To Be True First
Five conditions, in order. Each one is worth having whether or not you ever connect an assistant.
- 01
One definition per number
Retire the duplicate fields and name one person who owns each definition that survives.
- 02
A stage that means the same thing to every rep
Write down what a deal has to satisfy to reach each stage, then check the deals sitting there against it.
- 03
Access that matches what you meant to grant
Review who reaches which customers and deals, and cut the access nobody decided to give.
- 04
Rules that hold however a record gets updated
Requirements move onto the record itself, because an assistant never sees the screens your reps fill in.
- 05
Questions your data can actually answer
List what your team asks every week, then confirm each one can be answered from a field and not from someone's memory.
To see where you stand on all five, score it in twelve questions and get a four-week plan back.
What We Do
We do the work between your CRM as it is today and answers your team can run a meeting on.
- 01
Read the CRM as it stands
We go through the fields, the stages, and the access your team runs on now, and write down what an assistant would report from it today.
- 02
Correct the definitions
Duplicate fields retired, stage requirements written, dropdowns governed, and the pipeline number reconciled against billing.
- 03
Set who can see and change what
Access reviewed against what you intended, what the assistant may edit decided on paper, and record history turned on for the numbers that carry the forecast.
- 04
Connect it and check the answers
Every answer compared against a report your team already trusts, before anyone runs a meeting on it.
- 05
Keep it holding after
Definitions drift as the business changes. Ongoing operations keeps them holding, or your team takes it over.
The engagement tiers this runs under sit on what we build, and the work we have delivered sits on proof.
Take The Steps With You
For whoever administers your CRM. The checklist carries the reason each step matters and the exact field examples. The template is the same steps as tabs, with example rows and blank space for your inventory.
